Meet Your Guides
Host: Eva Eagle Tree
Eva Tree Blum is an Earth based Shamanic Energy practitioner, Ceremonialist, Mesa carrier, Reiki Master and Bio-dynamic CranialSacral therapist. She is a professional singer and songwriter with two original full length recorded albums, as well as the creator of Voice Alchemy sound healing techniques. Eva is a modern day Medicine Woman who carries the ‘Q’anchis Ilya’ -Rainbow lineage as received from medicine man, Master Puma Fredy Quispe Singona. She has been in the professional healing field for the past 23 years and loves to weave her modalities together to deeply empower and increase vibrational frequencies for healing and harmonizing Body, Mind and Spirit and to be of best service to her community.

Pauline is a certified Sound Healer, Yoga Teacher, Reiki, cacao and shamanic practitioner. Her commitment to holistic wellness has taken her on a journey of seeking wisdom from revered mentors and immersing herself in the teachings of Andean cosmology as a Mesa carrier. With a background in Psychology, Art History, and Visual Arts from Rutgers University, Pauline is passionate about understanding and guiding individuals on their wellness journey. Inspired by nature, Pauline invites others to reconnect with the elements of the earth, encouraging them to rediscover their true essence. With passion and dedication, she empowers participants to unlock their true potential, achieve balance and harmony, and embrace a life filled with joy, purpose, and well-being.
Wisdom Teacher: Vilma Pinedo
Vilma Piñedo is a renowned master Hampeq, curandera who comes from a long line of healers from the Andes mountains in Peru. Vilma grew up learning from her grandparents, who were renowned shamans and healers. Vilma was called to this path before she was born, when lightning struck her mother while she was pregnant with Vilma. This is a sign in the Andes that she was to be a curandera. Vilma grew up surrounded by healers and began her path as a curandera at the age of 12, reading coca leaves and using her intuition to tell people how to heal themselves, often with amazing results. She guides and teaches through experience and wisdom of the ancient ways of the Andean medicine lineage. She was one of the people asked to accompany the Dalai Lama to Machu Picchu. She offers her gifts to her worldwide community for healing, peace and unity.

Maestro Benito Apaza,
Pampa Misayoq, Q’ero Nation
Maestro Benito Apaza is a revered elder belonging to the Apaza lineage of the Q’ero Nation, a community known as the guardians of Andean wisdom and tradition. Residing at altitudes above 4500 meters in the state of Cuzco, the Q’ero people uphold the rituals and ceremonies that connect them deeply to their ancestral heritage.
As a Pampamisayoq elder, Maestro Benito carries the profound responsibilities of conducting flower blessings and despacho ceremonies. He will guide us through various rituals, sharing the sacred wisdom of his people through powerful Quechua prayers. His presence will enrich our experience, particularly as he officiates the ceremony of offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Apus (mountain spirits), fostering a deep connection to the Andean cosmology and the natural world.

Gonzalo Basavilbaso
Gonzalo Basavilbaso is a musician, sound therapist, sound researcher, and builder of harmonic musical instruments.
Over the past ten years, he has dedicated himself to exploring alternative uses of sound, setting aside aesthetic criteria to focus on self-knowledge, healing, and the expansion of consciousness. His interdisciplinary research combines scientific, traditional, ancestral, empirical, and therapeutic approaches to deepen the understanding of sound, its various effects on us, and its therapeutic possibilities.
Using instruments such as gongs, Tibetan and quartz bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, harmonium, and voice, Gonzalo conducts sound sessions that facilitate deep states of meditation and relaxation. These sessions offer numerous benefits at physical, mental, and emotional levels.
In his workshop and laboratory, he crafts many of the instruments he uses, including gongs, didgeridoos, ocean drums, harmonic drums, and wind chimes. He creates new instruments that address specific needs for sound therapy applications. Additionally, Gonzalo conducts experiments in the field of cymatics, which allow for the visualization of sound vibrations, providing new insights and enhancing our awareness of sound’s significance in our lives..

Day 1 • Saturday, February 1
Arrival and Welcome Ceremony
We recommend arriving few days earlier to adjust to altitude and will provide recommended hotels to stay.

Day 3 • Monday, February 3
Water Blessing Ceremony with Vilma
Respected Hampeq healer, Dona Vilma Pinedo will open our channels of abundance and healing
- Morning:
- Sunrise yoga and meditation session
- Breakfast
- Journey to the waterfall: Gently hike and water blessing ceremony with Dona Vilma. Connect with the water element for clearing and healing.
- With permission, collect a small amount of water from the waterfall so that we may make our own personalized Agua Florida that will be steeped in our blessings and prayers for the remainder of the trip. This will be a beautiful gift for people to bring home as a memento and personal healing.
- Afternoon:
- Lunch
- Individual Coca Leaf Reading: Participants will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Dona Vilma for personalized coca leaf readings based on our schedule.
- Herbal Ally Discussion: Join Pauline and Eva for an enlightening discussion on how to connect with the plants. Participants will learn to create their own lustral bowl and other herbal limpias for baths and energetic cleansing.
- Evening:
- Wisdom teachings to release our fears and inhibitions that are blocking our true authentic self. Pucclay teachings, Ayni Breath Ceremony and tools for clearing our luminous energy fields

Day 4 • Tuesday, February 4
Quinsacocha with Vilma

- Morning meditation, yoga, movement and vocal activation
- Breakfast. (we will pack our snacks to head to Quinsacocha )
- Afternoon:

- Return to the retreat center and rest or book facial and massages or personal sessions with Eva, Vilma or Pauline

Day 6 • Thursday, February 6
Ollantaytambo Town
At Pumahuanca (weather-dependent) we walk along the river and connect with the energy of the glaciers. Walk the path to an Inca temple dedicated to feminine energy, called Las Ñustas, you can stop in the ravine to dive into its warm waters.

- Early Breakfast
- Travel to Ollantaytambo. We will experience the greatness of masculine sun energy and one of the best views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
- Afternoon:
- Shopping for local crafts, stones, etc. at the vibrant main square
- Return to Samadhi for lunch
- Outdoor painting sessions to express how we each connected with the sacred site
- Evening:
- Celebration Dinner

Each of the bungalows is designed using sacred geometry + the chakra system, as well as breath taking views of the valley and the Andes.
