- Cranio-Sacral Therapy
Pays special attention to the cranium, spine and sacrum, all of which are linked by a continuous membrane which houses the brain, central nervous system, and contains fluid which washes and cleanses all the cells of the body. This exquisitely sensitive method of listening and palpating provides an incredible opportunity for healing on every level.
CST is ideal for children and infants.
Pediatric appointments are available.
- Foot Reflexology
Is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Application of pressure on these reflexes relieves tension, improves circulation and promotes the natural function of the related areas of the body.
- Swedish Massage
Is the “traditional” massage technique that is extremely relaxing and soothing for the body. It addresses a wide variety of soft tissue injuries. Eva focuses on treatment of whiplash and TMJ/TMD pain.
- LaStone Therapy (Hot Stone Massage)
Uses heated basalt river stones and cool marble stones to relax, detoxify and tone the body’s systems.
Is a deeply relaxing and restorative form of bodywork that combines “Rei,” the Universal Life Energy, with “Ki,” our personal life energy. This work balances and heals through mind-body-spirit integration.
